*I amOf mixed Eastern/Black ethnicity Profiled on board a ***NWA aircraft due to ethnicity and size, persecuted, **attacked, falsely *framed by MN Police Authorities (MN police having a plethora of notoriety in the news as of late for wrong doing and violence) subjected to false malicious court prosecution fraught with ***illegal application of law and *threats. Finally subject to illegal intimidation tactics imposed incessantly thereafter by *FBI(http://www.clr.org/FBI-involvement.html) ,illegal threats from* Judge David S. Doty (who has a history of charges against him!-http://www.clr.org/fed-judges.html see bottom of page for his name) *NSA, MN Police, and other conspicuous factions (including the notorious CIA) that have ***terrorized and traumatized my family and I for 8 months now.
*Just Recently another group of minorities also from Winnipeg have been profiled and accosted on board an aircraft in the U.S. (http://www.theglobeandmail.com/servlet/story/RTGAM.20060908.wxmuslim08/BNStory/National)
>Left in a pool of blood in the middle of an isle aboard aircraft, having been attacked
by 5 officers with family looking on in disbelief.
>Jailed, no Miranda Rights, subject to FBI interrogation and other threats.
>Maligned by a corrupted police complaints advocacy center that worked to conceal the officers lies by forwarding the nuances of the exposure of their lies on to the offending officers the FBI and the Prosecution.

Abandoned by Hostile Prejudiced Canadian Government under Minister of Justice Vic Toews, PM Steven Harper, Minister of Public Safety Stockwell Day and Foreign Affairs/ Canadian Human Rights (affiliates), who have all adopted hostile stands on the issues of minority profiling and systemic prejudices against them.

Appeal to MN State Governor Tim Pawlenty and ACLU (American Civil Liberties Union) has been of no avail

***Seeking Advocacy in our struggle against racism profiling and tyranny: Racial profiling and descrimination against minorities has a long and tainted history: From the abuse of Malcolm X a symbol upstanding in both Islamic and Black history, Nelson Mandela under apartheid, the trials and tribulations of Martin Luther King and, to the more modern day recounts of the Rodney King Beating and the Profiling and descrimination against Arab born Ahmed Farooq, Mohamed Harkat, and Ahmer Arar, and the incessant racial profiling amongst the airlines industry.

AHMER ARAR CASE: (click photo to got to site)

September 26, 2002Arar boards an American Airlines flight from Zurich to JFK airport in New York, en route to Montreal. He arrives in New York at 2:00 p.m., and lines up at the immigration counter. When his name is entered into the computer he is pulled aside. Two hours later he is fingerprinted and photographed. He is told this is regular procedure. Airport police search his bag and wallet and photocopy his passport. They refuse to answer Arar’s questions, and will not let him make a phone call.
